Yesterday Iran up their rhetoric over their Nuclear programs. They have promised to cause the United States with "Harm and Pain" for our role in sending them to the UN Security Council. Now considering the fact that somewhere they got the idea that we are afraid of their threats.Consider the fact that we have put up with their threats and such for almost 30 years thanks to our former President Carter, who should have bombed their butts when they took over our embassy.Now most everybody except the liberal idiots in this country and abroad sending this to the UN is a very large waste of time. I believe that the world needs to remember history and the fact that the US is the only nation to ever use nuclear weapons twice. Sadly the world knows that the spineless tree hugging liberals in this nation have done all they could since WWII to weaken the US to the point that the world thinks we will just cower in the corner instead of defending this country. Up until 9/11 they sadly were probably right. It is pass the time to take the big boys out of storage and put them on the table. Some have suggested a warning shot on Iran.We can even use Reagan’s action against Qaddafi and put a couple of Tomahawks in his house. the time of placating these people has long expired. Suggestion tell Europe, Russia and the UN to but out, then in a Presidential address needs to tell them Bring It On and don’t hesitate because either way it will be total inhalation of Iran and the Middle East if need be.

The ACLU has filed a new lawsuit against the government,to stop them from blocking the use of a part of the Patriot Act that says the provision denies entry into the United States by any prominent alien who has used his status to endorse or espouse terrorism or to persuade others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity.Now considering that we are at war  is not a suit that should be filed. But for the ACLU it is par for the course. Now the person that the suit was filed for Tariq Ramadan who’s Grandfather was a founder of the Muslim Brotherhood which was founded on the extreme views of the Islamic Religion Al-Banna based his ideas that Islam was not only a religious observance, but a comprehensive way of life, on the tenets of Wahhabism, better known today as "Islamism", and he supplemented the traditional Islamic education for the Society’s male students with jihadi training. This should truly worry the American people that there are people in this country that believe that the government does not have the right to refuse entry to this country to people they believe could pose a threat at a time of war. There is some very good information on Mr. Ramadan out there such as this from Daniel Pipes. Anyone still of the view that the ACLU is good for this country and are working for the benefit of this nation and her citizens is in serious need of some major soul searching. The ACLU has done everything it could to stop any efforts of the government to protect this nation from another attack. It is time for the American people to wake up and stop them before there is nothing left of this country.

Al-Jazeera aired a audio tape today that is reportedly from the Terror Leader Osma Bin Laden. Who is claiming that new attacks on the US have not happened not because of our security measures but because they are not ready yet but that we would see them in our homeland very soon. He also starts quoting the talking points of the majority of the Democratic Party. The lefts campaign to weaken the US and the American Peoples resolve to win this is being sucked up by Al-Qaida and they are trying to use it.We know that the majority of your people want this war to end and opinion polls show the Americans don’t want to fight the Muslims on Muslim land, nor do they want Muslims to fight them on their (US) land.  The left must be so proud that someone is finally listening to them to bad it is the wrong people. Is there any doubt now that our enemies are listening to their cut and run crap. Bin Laden also said that none of the security measures taken since 9/11 ie: The Patriot Act,NSA program,CIA none of these things are making us safe. I am sure that the MSM is so proud of their polls and their desire to cut and run are being used by our enemies. The highlights under an AP picture on Yahoo.com says. Exiled Saudi Dissident now you would thing a caption like evil,vile,child murdering waste of humanity would be a lot more accurate. So in this tape the Terrorist Leader then offers a truce to the American people.When will people wake up they are giving aid to our enemies in this age of instant communication that what we say must be tempered by the reality of who is listening. It is well past the time for the Democrats and the groups on the left to take responsibility for what they say and the cost of what they say to our military and here at home.

When are the people in this country going to wake up to the FACT that the ACLU’s sole purpose is to destroy this nation? Yesterday they filed a lawsuit to stop the NSA program. The contend that this is Illegal even though it is extremely doubtful that they are illegal. The suit filed by the ACLU The statement they have put in the second paragraph of their complaint should tell everyone what this group and others groups in this lawsuit stand for. This is from the complaint filed in court.

Iran is standing defiant to the world and restarts their Nuclear program. In the face of International pressure Iran’s President is more defiant each day. Now maybe people will realize that we are fighting World War III. It is a war for civilization it’s self. The President of Iran has flatly stated that if Iran is refereed to the UN security Council that it will block UN inspectors. this is the same man who has in the last few months stated that "Israel should be wiped off the map" " the Holocaust did not happen". "Europe and the US should give Israel land from our countries". yet people still want to negotiate with this psycho. Iran"s President Ahamadinejad In a press conference today that Iran has a "legal" right to nuclear research.  He also stated They have the right to make comments. We follow our national interests within the framework of international regulations and have the leverage to defend our interests." Now if that is not a threat i don’t know what is. Now I can understand that the man does not fear the UN anyone with a brain wouldn’t. They are totally useless and everyone knows it. Now Germany Britain,and France have been negotiating with Iran for months. To no avails, Germany’s new chancellor has stated that her country is standing with the US and will be putting more pressure on Iran. If anyone thinks that France and Germany are loyal allies and will stand solidly beside the rest of the world,God help us because they are a useful as a three dollar bill.

Once again the democrats on the Judiciary Committee showed their true colors. For days they were screaming about Judge Alito not being open minded and that Republicans had already made up their minds on how they would vote. When it came time for the panel of Judges former and sitting Judges on the 3rd circuit court, very few Democrats even showed up. Senators Leahy and Feingold try to suggest that it was unethical for the Judges of the Third Circuit to testify at the hearings. Senator Leahy was present for a short time while the Judges were testifying but left after a short time. Senator Kennedy showed up late and only stayed about 10 minutes the only Democrat Senator to even have the courtesy to sit and listen was Senator Fienstien.Now one would assume that they would want to hear from the people who worked with the man for 15 years. Each of the  seven Judges spoke to their experiences working with judge Alito. Did they all agree with him all the time no and that was the general theme even if Judge Alito did not agree he always kept an open mind and listened to every argument. Some were settle in their criticism of the committee others were not but in the end it showed how immensely qualified Judge Alito is.

Yesterday the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee have gone to a new low. For hours Kennedy,Biden.Shumer Fienstein and Durbin constantly berating Judge Alito stopping short of coming strait out and calling therm man a liar and racist. They have trashed this man for the last three days in front of the nation and his family, and why did they do it because he was nominated by a Republican President that they hate beyond reason. Seeing this outrageous conduct has for the first time ashamed of my country that this defamation of this man is even allowed to take place. The fact that this only happens when a Republican President. I have to give a Thank You to Senator Graham of South Carolina for stepping up an apologizing to Judge Alito and His Family. Seeing his wife get up and leave the room crying after listening to three days of her husband being denigrated the apology from Senator Graham was truly a very low point for our nation. I can not even imagine how his wife and children have felt sitting there to here this good man dragged through the mud. After three days of being grilled on the fact he belonged to a group of alumni from Princeton University and being excused of being a racist and sexist by Kennedy, Shumer,Durbin and all of the left wing groups have accused the man,they finally looked at the records that Kennedy made such a fool of his self over. What did they find NOTHING not once in four boxes of documents was Judge Alito’s name anywhere, no canceled checks, no articles, no attendance at meetings nothing. Of course anyone with the slightest bit of manners would apologize for the accusations falsely made against this man but no Senator Kennedy is just going to keep making the same basic false claims. It is well past the time that the people of this country demand tern limits on Senators and limits on the time someone can serve on a committee.

Senator Specter started the questioning of Judge Alito this morning. Of course the first thing was the abortion issue and overturning Roe. This is an issue that should have never been in the courts to begin with. Judge Alito when he was given a chance to fully answer he said that each case is decided by the Law,Constitution and Precedent, and every case must be met with an open mind to the arguments on each side. Senator Specter seemed a little surprised by the answer and ask the judge if he meant that he would look at each case with an open mind,the answer was yes. Senator Leahey of course started right off with Executive Power. While he tried to to change the same question around many times Judge Alito steadfastly held that he could not say more than the President must follow the law just like Congress and the Courts. And he could not say unless he had all the facts in the case including whether the law Congress passed was Constitutional and the reason and facts of the individual case. Senator Hatch basically retouched on a few of the same issues basically to clarify the Judges answers on a few questions asked by Senator Leahey. Senator Kennedy started his questioning of course straight out with Executive Power which was more of a statement than questions. Then he moved on to a case involving the US Marshall’s and the eviction of a family from a farm.Kennedy wanted to know how the Judge ruled that the actions of the Marshall’s was justified when they had their weapons out and used minimal force to execute the eviction. Judge Alito respond by clarifying that there were other issues in that case including the family in question had already threatened people and the government had information that there very well be weapons on the property. Of course Kennedy focused on the minority opinion, to say that Alito’s view in the majority were wrong. Again they go to the search of a 10 year old girl. Mind you that this was a drug raid and dealers use children all the time to hind drugs on or to transport them. The search was carried out in private with a female officer and her mother present. The question in the case was did the warrant they have would it permit the search of persons also at the location. Alito’s opinion was yes but he was in the minority. Then we go to the Terrorist Bill Of Rights, which should have never been passed to begin with and weather the President has the right to in extreme cases to over rule the law. Rightly he did not answer that question because it more that likely will come before the court. All he would say was he would have to know all the FACTS in the case to give a opinion.

 As the opening statements of the senators go on the rate of hypocrisy is already at a high level. Senator Leahy starts off the bunch with stating his disappointment that Judge Alito was not diverse enough,that the president overlooked Blacks,Latinos and other minorities that would have made the  court more diverse. So once again we see that the issues that matter to the Democrats have nothing to do with the person’s qualifications. I could not help but laugh when Ted Kennedy had the gaul to question if the nominee would up hold "equal justice under the law"? Now considering the fact that Mr. Kennedy would and should be in prison for the death of a young girl and got away with it solely because of his Daddy’s money. That is one of the most idiotic statements so far. So what would he know about equal justice for all. Next we have Senator Biden telling the nominee that "It is not his fault he is replacing the first woman on the court". Yes I am sure that was keeping the man up at night. And stating he he doesn’t understand why judges should not answer questions that may come before the court. Well Senator it is because they are supposed to be impartial. You would think someone in the Senate that long would know that answer by now.So true to par the liberals are once again showing how much they distain anything that holds up the values this Nation was founded on.

 In a few hours the battle will begin in the Senate Judiciary committee over the nomination of Judge Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court. Of course the democrats on the committee have already made up their minds about weather or not they will vote for him. Senator Feinstein D Ca has said she would filibuster of Judge Alito if she thinks he is against Roe the right of abortion on demand. I’m still trying to find where the Constitution says it is a right to kill your child, I can’t find it and I don’t think people who support it can find it either. Senator Shumer D-NY says if Alito refuses to answer questions because they may come before him on the court it would increase the likely hood of a filibuster. I truly find it amazing that Democrats think they have the absolute right to demand a Judge tell them before he or she even looks at a case should tell them how they would vote on that case.I find it amusing that is only true for nominees under a Republican President. The arrogance of the Left never ceases to amaze me and many others. There is not one legitimate reason the Judge Alito should not be confirmed, he is extremely qulified and experienced. But I guees for the Left that does not matter.

Where do they think they have the authority to dictate US immigration policy?
Yesterday the house passed a bill to add more security to our borders. Before the bill was even voted on the President of Mexico called it “shameful and disgraceful” The man has lost his mind. Mexico has done everything in its power to destroy the Sovereignty of this country. They believe that it is the people of Mexico right to come to the US anyway they want. They are comparing the 700 mile wall that was approved to be added to the wall already existing as the same as the Berlin Wall. Someone needs to explain history to them the Berlin wall was built to keep people IN our wall is to keep illegals OUT! We know they have been aiding illegals for years even printing and distributing books on how not to get caught when they get here. The really sad thing is that our border is our biggest weakness, over sixty years of the left trying to turn this nation into a socialists state have allowed somewhere between 10 and 20 Million illeagals to come and stay here. People in this country better wake up to the FACT that Mexico’s agenda is to merge America with Mexico and if they can not accomplish that to take over of this country. The lobby the US Congress, interfere with the policies of the US, and demand that their people who come here ILLEGALY to have the same rights as an American citizen. Now unfortunately the Congress balked yesterday by refusing a vote on Birthright citizenship so that illegals that come here can not use the My Child Is A Citizen excuse. The leadership in the House is acting more like the Senate everyday spinless.

Today the Senate has shown again that the security of this nation is a very low priority for them. Today they voted to end the debate on the Patriot Act which has kept this nation safe since 9/11.I truly can not understand were these people’s brains are. One of the main problems in the Senate is the Majority Leader who is about as useful as a three dollar bill. What is it going to take for the leadership in the Senate to get the point that we are the Majority? First the filibuster on judicial nominees that was allowed the Traitors in the Senate make a deal that was disgusting. Senator Frist for some unknown reason just refuses to stand up to the Democrats. He allowed the hearings for Alito to be put off until January which is ridiculous. It is a true sign that he is not leadership material and is absolutely destroying the Republican majority in the Senate because he can not hold the party together longs enough to pass anything. But see he does not really care because he is NOT running for reelection again, he is retiring so he is going to take the majority down with him. Just in the last couple of months the true weakness of Senator Frist has been front and center in the Senate. He was instrumental in forcing through the vote on the President and the war in Iraq. basically demanding that the President must report to the Senate. Someone please tell me where in the Constitution that it says the Commander In Chief must report to the Senate. Yes Congress has the power to over see the Military, but they do not have a right or duty to demand that the Commander In Chief report to them. This just gave into the Lefts demands which were and are evil.
He was the driving force behind McCain in passing the Terrorists Bill Of Rights.
Which is the most outrageous thing to come out of the Senate in a while? To give these animals rights under our Constitution and the Geneva Convention is pure suicide. Why don’t people get the fact that this is WW3? Every Senator and Congressman who voted for or will vote for that bill should be stripped of their seats and tried fro Treason!!! The Constitution laid out what constitutes Treason.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
If this bill does not reach the level of treason I don’t know what will. The Democrats have been allowed to call our President a liar and say he took us to war illegally. Our men and women are dieing in Iraq and all of this garbage is being spewed and not one person in the leadership in the Senate even tried to stop it. People must truly do a lot of soul searching before they vote this year
because if we allow these things to go through with no consequences our nation
is on a path I don’t think we will survive.

Well so far it seems that the voter turn out in Iraq is even more than what was expected. The numbers in areas that in January and October that had barely any turn out have a large turn out today.But of course you will here the democrats will be finding any downside they can for the Election just to not have to give credit to President Bush is assured.
